PET Installation Instructions

for Windows Operating Systems

The PET installer will start the installation Java, Perl, and Gtk. Please be patient as this takes a while. Follow the prompts through the Java, Perl, and Gtk installations keeping the default options and clicking "Next".
PET will not run properly when Java, Perl, or PET itself are installed on a drive other than c:. Please install everything to c:.
At the end of the installation a DOS/Command Prompt window will appear. Please allow it to be and wait patiently.
The PET installation will tell you when it is complete with the message "Completing the PET setup Wizard.".
